With over ten years in the service industry, Madelyn has seen the struggles employees encounter up close.
Acknowledging the shortage of resources, Madelyn founded The Deserved Co. to provide support to servers and employers by offering essential resources to boost their efficiency and realize their full potential in the workplace.
Madelyn's mission is to bring attention to the service industry and the importance of mental health, cash-based financial education, and physical wellness for servers. She aims to build a supportive structure that fosters a thriving community that you deserve.
The Brand
The Deserved Co. is a movement born from the heart of the service industry, created to remind everyone that compassion and respect are not earned, they’re deserved

The Vision
Rooted in real experience and fueled by understanding, The Deserved Co. stands for every server, bartender, and manager navigating fluctuating income, emotional burnout, or the pressure of balancing life outside of work.
Our vision is to empower this community with the grace, tools, and respect needed to thrive and to be seen, valued, and understood.
We envision a world where the service industry thrives on empathy, understanding, and genuine connection. Where mental health is supported, management leads with integrity and care, and both guests and employees walk away feeling fulfilled, valued, and appreciated.
The Deserved Co. aims to redefine what it means to serve and be served — by creating a culture where kindness is the standard, not the exception.
Mission Statement
We exist to bridge the gap between servers and guests, to inspire empathy, and to honor the people who pour their time, energy, and emotion into serving others.
Our mission is to empower the service community with the tools, conversations, and support they deserve.
Through impactful storytelling, purposeful products, and mental wellness advocacy, The Deserved Co. connects both sides of the table and unites servers, bartenders, and guests in empathy and respect.
