With over ten years in the service industry Madelyn has seen the struggles employees encounter up close. Acknowledging the shortage of resources, she felt compelled to find a solution. She founded a company focused on providing support to both servers and employers, offering everything from uniforms to essential tools. Her goal is to equip them with the resources necessary to boost efficiency and realize their full potential in the workplace.
Madelyn's mission behind the retail brand is to bring attention to the needs service industry underscoring the importance of mental health, cash-based income education, and physical wellness for long-term servers. She aims to build a supportive structure that fosters a thriving community and develops the company you Deserve.
